Experience: 2 years, less than one of which working with Frank and Virginia

Summary: Becca Hatcher is a young up-and-coming laboratory technician in our Gadgetry Division (aka G Sector). In just a short amount of time, she has proven herself indispensable and is already assigned to assist our top agents like Franklin Benjamin and Virginia West with their gadgetry needs. Despite her status as a relative newcomer, even the current unit head - the great Mr. Samuel - relies on Hatcher's planning acumen to pressure test his own strategies. As such, she may someday head up not just the Gadgetry Division but the entire Threat Prevention Unit with her keen intellect and out-of-the-box strategic thinking.

Expertise: Having received her first patent at the age of seven, Hatcher had long been on the radar of the Threat Prevent Unit for future recruitment, and she has lived up to the hype. Whereas most gadgeeters in the agency produce items within given parameters to support established tactics, she has a knack for devising imaginative devices that open up new tactical options for our agents to pursue. Simply give her a bunch of ordinary items, and odds are she can whip up something that will save a field agent's life.

Shortcomings: Does not have field training, so do not count on her to handle a firearm or protect herself in a physical confrontation with an enemy agent. It's unclear exactly how she would react if ever in real danger, so best not to let such a scenario come to pass.

Final verdict: Approved for gadgetry work inside HQ but NOT approved for field duty. She is too vital to the future of this agency to risk losing on a field assignment - if her work must be conducted outside of the lab, then it should be in only the most controlled environment where her safety can be assured.
