Will A Weekend in Puzzleburg be available in any languages other than English?

It's doubtful that A Weekend in Puzzleburg will be translated/localized into other languages.  The game is heavily text-based, so it would be a lot of words to translate, and to make things harder, much of the humor relies on puns that would not make sense after being translated.

For example, there is a quest (which exists in the demo if you exit the hotel and go east) entitled “Cider Punk” about a person with a mohawk who would like you to pick up some apple cider for him.  This plays off the English word of “cyberpunk,” and if you were to translate “cider” and “punk” to another language (any language), I’m fairly certain those words will not have anything to do with whatever the translated word for “cyberpunk” is.

Thankfully, the game does not require knowledge of such puns in order to solve the puzzles (e.g. there was a game once where the player had to know to use a monkey as a wrench because there is a tool in English called a “monkey wrench” - there is nothing like that in this game), so it would be possible to translate the game, but I feel it would lose quite a bit of its charm without the humor and could just end up as a boring game without that aspect.

This decision may be revisited in the future, however.
